Here, the record of the second National Council of the reporters (7 and 8 July) made by my colleague Councillor Paul Tomassone and some thoughts on my own I understand that after the first two meetings of the Council.
THE STORY OF PAUL Tomassoni

There are a few 'of positive things to tell, but also some "bitter pill" that will inevitably have had to swallow. Let's go in chronological order, the election of the missing part of the executive (two people).

With the idea to include a clear, transparent and representative of the precarious freelance executive of the new Council, we have found that neither the president (Enzo Iacopino) nor the losing candidate of the union ( Giorgio Balzoni) were able to maintain this commitment.
To complete the definition of the executive, who was two representatives on June 24 failed to pass the vote (due to a part of the majority who have boycotted the vote, not agreeing with the president). Those two posts were a matter for the majority, otherwise we would have found an executive with disproportionate and especially with a president essentially de-legitimized.
Two weeks after the last vote, the candidate of the majority Morviducci Fabrizio (freelance Tuscan) was killed off (for the carcasses of some of the advisers also left who threw mud on his person, and what little courage he Iacopino had to settle for some other person). The two new candidates were: Armed Ugo (sympathetic octogenarian, publicist of Lazio) and Aulisio Maria Chiara (department head Il Mattino di Napoli).
The opposition, or rather the minority, did not object to these applications have other names, in fact wanted to "keep to the agreement Iacopino did with "consisting essentially of the fact that he left the treasury and secretary of the Order of the two" left "(Gian Carlo GHIRRI and Nicola Marini).'s gesture, unfortunately, seen by us, is a bit ' ignoble because he has not left us freelance (or part of another) the possibility of entering into enforceable. - if the candidate Tomassone ( signed), on which there was also substantial support from young casual party, he got 15 votes, was a figure of shit for all, freelance in the first place, with few opportunities to rebuild the dignity during the three years;
- if the candidate Tomassone (the minority) had won, Iacopino would also resign, with the result to cancel all charges so far and start again elected;
- if the candidate had won Tomassone or even had taken a beautiful bit 'of votes, would have been freelance for hard to have representatives in committees or other working groups, because - it was said on several occasions by all parties, I understand the president - "You guys are young, you have not invented anything, freelancers have always existed, not bruciatevi now, you still have much to learn, take one step at a time etc... " In the end we
freelance and casual workers have decided once again to respect the decision (Nearly a majority) of the union, while asking Balzoni to convey Iacopino to ask him to insert the name of another freelance executive ... did not go well, too bad. However, 4 people (the right) have voted the same Tomassone (just learn the names, also offer an ice cream with whipped cream).
Appeals go first by "freelance"
Election Complaints Commission (the "fleshy", the most important).
This means that, thankfully, is a freelance Paffumi Xavier, who has caught 48 votes and will be part of the group will consider all complaints that come to the Order. With him, the group of the union, There are also Ida Baldi (Rome) and Antonio Cembran (SWT Trentino Alto Adige). The chairman of this Commission will Partipilo Michele (Puglia). The election was conducted "quietly" in the sense that the agreement between the majority and minority, made it possible to carry out the formalities quickly enough.
In this election, as well as for the executive, there have been some attempts to dissidents (the former majority, which also has split two minutes after the election of Iacopino), but were stopped in time. The shadow executive
The name "shadow" is scary just to say, because it brings to mind the shadow government of the Democratic Party. But for us freelance and casual workers is news!
At the end of the second day of the Council (July 8), the minority has met to review progress and to find some indications for the forthcoming elections of the Committees and any working groups. Also on this will be clearer Antonella.
In short, the end Balzoni GHIRRI and have proposed to designate Tomassone coordination (of 4 or 5 people) group of the union. Essentially a "shadow executive" who will deal with the elected representatives of our various committees, with the executive and will give "rhythm" to the path of work for the next year. SOME CONSIDERATIONS ON MY VIEWS ON THESE TWO THINGS FIRST National Council:
1 - The Order as it is really intended

3 - The area which is grouped around the candidacy of George

. But we must see whether the words will follow the facts, which for now are not there. In any case, showed intrinsic logic (not just

On the rest there is little to save. You do not wait to finish this game not just
